Welcome to Fixwell Mechanical. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or approving any service.

1. General Terms

Fixwell Mechanical (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) provides plumbing, heating, and mechanical services throughout Surrey and the surrounding areas.
All services are offered subject to these Terms, and by engaging our services, you confirm your acceptance of them.

2. Estimates & Quotes

  • All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of quotation. Any additional work or unforeseen issues discovered during the service may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding.

  • Fixwell Mechanical reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of material or labor cost changes.

3. Appointments & Access

  • Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for our technicians to perform the required work.

  • If our technician cannot access the site due to locked doors, unsafe conditions, or other preventable issues, a service call fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit card, or e-transfer.

  • A late fee of 2% per month (24% annually) may apply to overdue balances.

  • Fixwell Mechanical reserves the right to withhold warranty or future service in the event of unpaid invoices.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Emergency calls cannot be cancelled once a technician is dispatched.

6. Workmanship & Warranty

  • All services are completed by licensed and insured professionals.

  • We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on all standard repairs and installations (unless otherwise stated on the invoice).

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied parts and equipment.

  • Warranty is void if the system or fixture has been altered, tampered with, or repaired by another party after service completion.

7. Emergency Plumbing Services

  • Emergency service calls are available 24/7.

  • After-hours rates apply to work performed outside regular business hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

  • Emergency response time may vary depending on technician availability and traffic conditions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for disclosing all known issues prior to service.

  • The customer agrees to remove or protect any valuable items near the work area.

  • Fixwell Mechanical is not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed leaks, or structural issues discovered during service.

9. Liability

  • Fixwell Mechanical is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, unforeseen defects, or equipment failures.

  • We are fully insured; however, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Materials & Equipment

  • All materials and parts supplied by Fixwell Mechanical remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.

  • If the client supplies their own parts or materials, Fixwell Mechanical is not responsible for performance, compatibility, or warranty of those items.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for scheduling, communication, and billing purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.
